Fiber festivals are fun for vendors too! Of course we love the wool fumes, but the best part is meeting customers face-to-face.
The Michigan Fiber Festival in Allegan, MI, is this week. This event draws vendors from all over the Midwest and beyond — 18 states in total. As with any great fiber festival, there will also be workshops, demonstrations, competitions, and fair food. See a sheep get sheared! It doesn’t take as long as you might think.
Admission is free on Friday (just workshops and some shopping). Saturday and Sunday admission is $5 per person (children 8 years old and younger are free). Weekend passes are $8 per person.
Shopping is available:
Stop by our booth to stock up on yarn or fiber for the winter, check out the new patterns, samples, and colorways, or just say hello. We have a growing hoard of wool-bunnies — come see what that’s all about, maybe pose for a photo op.
Our gradient sets are debuting at this fiber festival. They are so delicious, I can’t wait to knit one up!
See you at the festival!
