No. I have a studio in my Ann Arbor, Michigan home, but no physical store front. You can find me at fiber shows or buy from me online.
Shipping charges are based on a combination of weight, number of items, and location. I ship by USPS (first class if the package is light weight enough, otherwise priority mail). Insurance is not included, but if you’d like me to add it let me know, and I’ll let you know how much the additional charge would be. International orders are welcome (you are responsible for any customs charges).
Once you add an item to your shopping bag, if you open your shopping bag you can see the shipping amount. The shipping amount will change as you add items.
I usually ship orders within 1-2 business days. International orders may take a day longer. If the order comes when I’m at a show I’ll ship it within a day or two of getting back to town.
Maybe. I do a lot of dyeing before shows and don’t have time to get the new stuff in the store, so there’s always a backlog of stuff waiting to be photographed and uploaded. Email me about it, and if I still have it I’ll get it up in the store. If I don’t have any more of it, I may be able to dye more.
I accept PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal. You can pay by credit card or echeck through PayPal’s interface. Michigan orders are subject to 6% sales tax.
If you decide you don’t like your purchase, that’s ok. Just ship it back to me within 30 days, and I’ll refund your purchase price. I recommend insuring it, since if it gets lost on the way back to me, I cannot refund your money. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received, and you are responsible for the cost of the shipping each way.
